The first week of April I traveled to Huaraz, Peru to see the Cordillera Blanca mountain range with my boyfriend, Nahder. On the trip, we saw a glacier (pastoruri), hiked the Santa Cruz trek, climbed around town, and had an overall splendid visit. Both of us are eagerly awaiting a trip back. Till then, we will enjoy our own piece of the Andes surrounding our beloved home of Cusco.
