I photographed my experience working at a summer camp for urban youth from Washington D.C. in Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park. This collection of photographs considers the relationships between the youth and the outdoors and my personal connection with the campers. Despite our different races, cultures, interests, and backgrounds, we built a new community with respect for one another while appreciating a new landscape around us.
